We carefully infuse clementine peels in pure alcohol, then blend this infusion with a homemade syrup to create a vibrant, fruity drink that instantly transports you to the Sicilian sun. Each sip offers a rich and fuity mouthful almost as if you were biting the sun.
The liqueur can be enjoyed either chilled as a digestive or topped up with some sparkling wine as the best spritz you will ever have had.
