After graduating from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Jonathan got on a quest to educating himself on spirits, cocktails and mixology. Working several years for high-end international venues and pursuing best-in-class spirits education, he built on that knowledge and experience to create Bornand Liquors & Co in 2021. Since then, he keeps on fuelling the creativity and craft behind the brand.
